Cylinder / Valve Information
Calor cylinders are the property of Calor Ltd. When you purchase Calor Gas you are purchasing the gas, not the cylinder. It is prohibited to resell, refill or dispose of the cylinder.
To order a product from Calor in Surrey either telephone 0208 949 5435 or follow the on-line ordering procedure.
Products, prices and payment methods are displayed on this website. The price on the website at the time of the order is the price in force at that time.
All prices include VAT.
All prices for gas orders include delivery to our local area.
Appliance delivery charges are free to our local area.
The price for restaurant charcoal includes delivery throughout mainland UK.
Courier charges of £5.95 apply to orders less than £40.00 to the rest of the UK for non gas products.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged or faulty which in your opinion is due to a manufacturing error please telephone Calor in Surrey on 0208 949 5435 giving full details. The item should be returned immediately for our inspection.
Please quote your order number with the returned product and inform us by telephone on 0208 949 5435 or by email that the items have been sent.
In the case of Calor cylinders please telephone us to arrange collection.
Please note: We may have to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. Items deemed to be a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.
You are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations laid out by the Office of Fair Trading. If you change your mind about the items simply return them to us in perfect, un-opened, re-saleable condition within 7 days and we will refund the cost of the product(s) in full. Delivery charges are NOT refundable. Please note we cannot offer refunds on any gas Calor cylinders.
We promise that we have the right to sell any goods on our website to you. They will be of the standard described on the website and be of a quality for the purpose for which they are intended. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect use of the item, such as loss of gas due to errors in connecting the regulator. We accept no liability for any harm or damage that comes from using our products if used irresponsibly or incorrectly. All products should NOT be used or handled by children. Any instructions given by us, or third parties working on our behalf, should be strictly adhered to. Safety should be taken very seriously.
We cannot accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect) however caused, even if foreseeable. If we are liable to you for any reason, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Product concerned. This limit does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for our fraudulent misrepresentation.
You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use our web site. We cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from our web site will be free from infection or viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for putting relevant protection in place on your own computer systems such as anti-virus software.
The limitations and exclusions in this clause do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights and only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
