COVID-19 Statement

To our valued customers

To enable us to maintain our service of supplying LPG fuel and industrial gases, we have instructed our drivers and staff to reduce and restrict the amount of contact they have whilst completing their duties. This will mean that, where possible, deliveries and collections will be made with as little customer contact as possible.  


If a customer is at the location upon arrival then our drivers will maintain a distance of at least 2 metres away and will be wearing gloves during all deliveries

When signing for delivery our drivers will leave the paperwork 2 meters away for the customer to sign. After signature we request that the customer distance themselves in order for the driver to collect the paperwork and any empty cylinders. When ordering a refill cylinder, then where possible, please leave the empty cylinder out for collection and our driver will replace it with a full cylinder.

In store

We are limiting the number of customers at any one time and you may be asked to queue before entering. Please respect the social distancing guidance and keep a minimum of 2 metres between yourself and staff or other customers.

Perspex counter shields have been installed to offer some protection whilst paying. If possible, please pay by contactless card payment to minimise contact with staff although cash payments may still be made if required.

We have implemented all of the measures above to maintain service levels with the health and safety of our people and our customers as our top priority.
